Webb Trophy

This is a double fours competition consisting of eight players who are bona fide members of the same club.

• The game consists of two fours, two bowls per player, one rink playing at home, one rink away on the stipulated date and at the same time. It may be played before the set date by mutual agreement. Eighteen live ends to be played.
• The Challenger will play an extra end if the game is tied after 18 live ends.
• If a club has insufficient members to enter a team they may amalgamate with a second club The club as the named entrant when entering the competition will be the club from which the home games are played from throughout the season.
• An open draw across the County.
• Final to be played at County Arts B.C on a fixed date.
• A form will be sent to all club secretaries to complete if amalgamation has taken place between two clubs. It will require them to state the names of the two clubs and the home club for the season. This must be completed before the first round of the competition and sent to the Competitions secretary.
• Results to be entered on the Competitions portal.
