• By submitting an entry, the competitor agrees to adhere to the Norfolk Bowls Association (NBA) terms and conditions as outlined below.
     
  • Each event is open to members of clubs affiliated to NBA.
     
  • All entries will require the full payment of the entry fee at the time of entry.
     
  • No entries will be accepted following the closure of entries on the date indicated.
     
  • The email address given during the registration/entry process will be the main point of contact used by NBA. The supplied email address will receive all correspondence from NBA, and will be used by the entrant to access their online account.
     
  • NBA will use the contact details provided for each competition for the organisation of County Competition Portal. This includes the sharing of contact information with relevant parties to arrange fixtures, in accordance with the “legitimate interest” principle of the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). If the named contact does not consent to their contact details being used for this purpose, please inform the Hon. Competition Secretary.
     
  • All competitors must adhere to the Rules and Regulations of Bowls England & NBA at all times. Full details can be found on the NBA website.
     
  • Competition Regulations applies to all competitions, see the Regulations section of the Competition Portal for full details.
     
  • By agreeing to this terms and conditions you give NBA the right to use any images taken of you in the competitions on their website and social media. Any images taken of juniors under the age of 18 will not be published without consent of a parent or guardian
